Smart Buyer Tips You Haven’t Heard (Yet)

Creative Ways to Buy a Home in Today’s Market

1. Seller Buydowns

Negotiate for the seller to pay points toward lowering your interest rate — a 2-1 buydown or permanent rate buydown can reduce your monthly payment significantly in the first few years.
